Your eyewear will also come with original brand packaging and authenticity papers to certify that the item is genuine. We do not sell glasses without the original box and papers.
Our eyewear experts are highly trained to identify any indication that a product may not be authentic. If fraud is detected, we will confiscate the item to ensure it is no longer in circulation and will work with the proper authorities to identify the source of the fraudulent product.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5-7 days; however, if we are overwhelmed with the volume of orders, there may be a slight delay.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No, absolutely not. Mori Optical handles all customs and import taxes to your country so you do not have to worry about paying those. Our goal is to make the process of buying luxury eyewear as smooth and as hassle-free as possible.
